On friday i bought the REGGAETON INSTRUMENTO VIRTUAL. I installed it.
But it doesn't work. Does it work on a 64bit or not??
And it is not written anywhere on their website that its not working with a 64bit. It keeps on telling me as it is not registered. I tried online registration it dint work. It comes up with the error code: 1001 from the server. I tried offline line registration it doesn't work either. Contacted the sonivox Company they said they will come back to me.
But no one did. I even called them from UK, the guy told me he is going to send me an email, with the activator. I don't know what to do now.
I bought that software to use it. Not just have it there doing nothing. Hello, Thanks for the post.
I'd like to help! Sorry to hear about your experience here. To answer your first question and something to keep in mind, if during installation, you have an option to select both 32 and 64 bit operating systems then your software accepts 64 bit.

The following article helps to clarify the differences between 32 and 64-bit operating systems as well as between 32 and 64-bit programs. It also explains the reasons for choosing one way or the other and walks through the steps to determine if your current operating system and/or DAW is 32-bit or 64-bit. I recommend checking off both 32 and 64 bit operating systems during your installation of the software. As for your second set of questions, we cannot activate or handle authorizations here on the forum but I certainly point you in the right direction to get help and get you up and running. This guide will show you how to install and authorize your software. Note:The guide is for another VST but its essentially the same process. If you continue to have issues authorizing your software, please let me know.

Thanks for the reply. But what you answering me is not what I am looking for. The links you sent me were just showing me how to install the software. And how to find out if my software is 64bit or not.
I am using logic pro x. And that one, I don't need to find out if its 64bit or not. Because it comes in 64bit only. I have no problems with installing my software.
I have a problem with authorizing the software. Today I have had 7 emails telling me there is a problem with the license. And I wonder why? I don't know.
Logic pro x can see the reggaeton software, but it keeps on saying this software is not authorized please contact the manufacture of the software. I have tried contacting you but yours was the fast answer I got.
And today I have had 6 other mails from the sever telling me as there is a problem with the license. I just don't know what to do, and yet I wanted this software. Hello, Download and install the latest update Reggaeton Instrumento Virtual 1.1 (Mac). That will allow you for 64 bit use. You can switch between 32-bit and 64-bit mode following these steps: 1. Quit Logic Pro if it is running.
Navigate to the Logic Pro application in the Applications folder. Choose Get Info from the Finder File menu. Disable the option to 'Open in 32-bit mode' to open in 64-bit mode. If your plugin doesn't show up under Preferences Audio Units Manager then you may need to enable it and/or Reset and Rescan your plug-ins. If not, it's worth double checking that the AU was installed correctly.
You should see a. Component file in /Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components. If the file is there but still not displaying in the Audio Units Manager then try the following: A.) moving the component file out of the AU folder, B.) resetting and re-scanning, C.) moving the plug-in file back in and re-scanning once more. As a final troubleshooting step, delete your Logic preferences file located here: /Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic.pro.plist As for authorization help, the link I provided should've helped you out. If your still having issues then call into Technical Support and have an agent help you out over the phone with your authorization. The phone number for support is 401-658-5773. Thanks for the reply.
